Our rigorous recruitment process selects only 10% of applicants who are intensively trained. Every single guest is treated as an individual as we make every effort to create magical memories for all.
At any point of contact with our guests whether it is before, during or after a visit our Crealy Rangers ensure that they provide the best possible guest care. When enquiring guests are dealt with efficiently by our dedicated reception team and provided with useful information, on the Park Crealy Rangers help with anything from directions to finding lost children, after a guest’s visit we collect feedback and also follow up with a ‘thanks for visiting’ email.
£50,000 has been invested in updating our toilets, although these were already awarded 4 stars by the “Loo of the Year Awards". We continue to provide an ever-widening choice of locally sourced and fair-trade food, drink and retail goods.
