My husband called one of your team on Monday explaining that my 7 year old daughter had lost her favourite toy meercat which we had brought from your shop in August. I can't tell you how upset she was! We very kindly asked if you would be able to send us a replacement and you did with an added bonus of them being "buy one get one free" and they happily fulfilled our request to remove the jacket and tags as we wanted our daughter to think it was the one she originally lost. We received them on Tuesday and peace has been restored in our house once more.

I'm sorry that I didn't catch the ladies name who took the call and got them sent but I wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you! You are a star.....
Please whoever receives this can you find who it was and then copy this on to the manager. What truly fab staff he has.

The girls and I had a brilliant day today at the park and loved multiple rides on Maximus, Vortex and the various other attractions and animals. The journey was tough with the motorway problems after that horrendous accident but the day itself was every bit as good as we were hoping. Thanks for your help in resolving the original problem and we will certainly be back down again before long to visit the park again. -Phil, Nov 2011

We came to Crealy today and I meant to say on the way out how brilliant the staff were today. I wouldn't normally say anything, but when one of our children was hurt falling off a roundabout and a staff member was straight over to us asking if we needed first aid, and another staff member found us to see if she was okay and if we could describe the lads that caused the accident. They were fantastic as were all the staff members we came across today, all cheerful and helpful. Thank you for a lovely day - Claire Chapman, August 2011

Hi there, would just like to say I visited the park in June; myself and my family had a wonderful time there. We were lucky to go twice in the same week. The grounds to the park were so clean and kept very tidy. Staff were chatty and very helpful. We usually holiday in Cornwall too and we will most definitely go to Crealy Cornwall when we next visit. Just a quick note to say thank you for all your efforts and organisation for the Rotary Kids Out day yesterday. Although due to my District Governors role this year, I also had to attend a similar day at Longleat before visiting Crealy. My team told me that the day went perfectly and exactly to plan, thanks to you and your staff team. As you know I arrived for the last 2 hours of the day, and the few remaining Clubs and youngsters that I spoke to confirmed that they had a really great day. So again many thanks for all your help and advise, you made several hundred youngsters and Rotarians very happy yesterday. We have been to Devon’s Crealy twice this week and both times we have found the staff amazing and helpful, always polite and smiling and nothing was to much trouble. We’ve been out a couple times, it’s a number 1 hit with my daughter J. I think Crealy is the best thing

around here for a 3 year old, she can do some of the ‘big girls stuff’ and there is loads that she can find to do all over the park, but then as she is growing, there are more things she can do …… you guys do a great job. Sam, Dartline February 2011

I brought Robert and his friend to Crealy yesterday afternoon and had a brilliant time. I'm still getting over the Twilight Zone experience after 7pm when it was at its darkest and creapiest!! We had so much fun. We were late for picking up our pumpkins but asked one of the rangers if he could possibly get us a couple - he was so friendly and helpful, and the boys were so chuffed. Just wanted to say what a fantastic time I had last night at Crealy, such a well organised event - the highlight being the scary train ride around the park. I think a good scream and laugh made us all feel so much better!! Evenings like that prove that networking is not just about business, but also the special friendships made too. We camped at Crealy for four nights from 16 August. Quite simply, it was our best camping experience ever! We really enjoyed our peaceful spot by the wheatfield, the nearest tent probably 20 yards away.Ruth Chapman

We were very lucky this year to have perfect weather, although I don't think this matters very much to the children, as they seem to thoroughly enjoy themselves every year at Crealy, whatever the weather. We were on holiday from Holland 2 weeks ago & were so impressed by the exceptionally friendly & helpful staff, the cleanliness of the surroundings & for my 2 boys aged 10 & 7, it was perfect. The park has a really nice feel to it. The staff were really helpful and happy and all the changes you've made since I was last there have been great. I like the wildlife area and the emphasis on staying healthy and having fun with the information tabs about eating honey etc. All the little things, the things only an industry pedant like me would notice, work really well too, the signage was clear, there were enough bins, all the animals were healthy and in good clean enclosures. You have created a really outstanding operation."

There's an exhausting array of fun for tots through to tweenies at Crealy. Rides include the swinging pirate ship, rollercoasters Maximus and the new Vortex: a triple-tube water-coaster. I would just like to say how clean the park, toilets and all the facilities were. How friendly welcoming and helpful all the staff were from the ride operators to the people in the shop and food outlets. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
