Q: We are planning our trip to Crealy soon - do you accept credit cards at Admissions?

A: At Crealy Great Adventure Park we accept all major credit cards with the exception of Diners Club and American Express


Q: Great - I am looking into buying Crealy Membership for my family - what are the main benefits?

A: Where do we start?! You receive free access to the Park and you don't have to queue if you visit during busy school holiday periods. Membership equates to 95 pence per week! We also have Membership Vouchers available if you would like to buy someone Crealy Membership for their birthday or Christmas.


Q: We love our dog and he/she comes everywhere with us - can we bring him along too?

A: I'm afraid we do not allow dogs onto the Park as we are a family theme Park with lots of children and animals.  Crealy Kennel information


Q: Crealy Great Adventure Park sounds great - but is it expensive?

A: Crealy offers unbeatable value for money! Visit our prices page today


Q: We would like to make a group booking to Devon's Crealy - do you offer Group discounts at all?

A: We have a lot of groups visit Crealy Great Adventure Parks each year, from educational school visits through to Church Groups, Youth Groups, Girl Guides and Boy Scouts. As long as there are 15 or more paying individuals we would be more than happy to offer a discount. Group visits should be pre-booked.


Q: What age can my child enter the Park unaccompanied?

A: Children aged 14 years or older can enter the Park without an adult. Children under 14 years need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. 


Q. Are BBQ's allowed at Devon's Crealy?

A: Guests are welcome to enjoy a BBQ whilst at Crealy, there are two BBQ points by the Dragon Fly Lake. Disposable BBQ's are available to purchase from the Gift Shop.


Q: Tell me more about the 7 days free return offer?

A. This year, 2011 we're giving free returns within a week during the school holidays. So you can pay to visit once then return free within usual Park opening times within the next week.

Of course conditions apply as we have to know that you were a bona fide visitor in the first place:

  • You need to collect your Return ticket during your visit to the Park, on the day you purchased your day ticket. If you visit Guest Services with your receipt, you will have your picture taken (up to a maximum of 8 people per picture), and a Return Ticket will be issued
  • Self service till are available at Guest Services from 10am – 5pm
  • They are only valid at the Park you're first visiting- not both
  • You must produce your Return tickets to gain re-entry
  • Defaced/damaged tickets are invalid
  • Only valid during the following week- there is only one of each day in a week so if you first visit is on a Saturday,  it's valid up till the end of the following Friday
  • The 7 Day Returns are only valid when purchasing day entry tickets on the gate or online, and will only be issued to guests with a valid receipt
  • Please note your original receipt is not valid on admissions on your next visit


Q: Can children bring Skateboards or Scooters into the Park? 

A. We unfortunately cannot allow Skateboards or Scooters on park due to the safety risks to guests.


Q: One of our group is in a wheelchair- what's disabled access like at Devon's Crealy?

A: Wheelchair users or those with limited mobility can easily access the Park, please note that as Devon's Crealy is a natural environment, some parts of the Park may be difficult to access with a wheelchair. Reserved parking in our main car parks can be found close to the entrance to the Park. We recognise that there are many kinds of disabilities and we are a favourite choice for groups of children and adults with special needs. Attractions and facilities are designed to be accessible to guests with disabilities:

  • Disabled car park
  • Disabled toilets
  • Provision of seating throughout the Park
  • Wheelchairs available for visitors to borrow if booked in advance
  • Wheelchair access exists wherever possible, including most venues, rides and attractions
  • A separate entrance for wheelchair users and a carer is provided on some of the rides where appropriate
  • Necessary carers are admitted free of charge on a 1:1 basis and disabled guests pay top group rate
  • Exclusive evening hire for groups

Disabled guests can purchase Annual memberships for the discounted price of £40.

Guests can purchase this membership on arrival to Crealy Great Adventure Park, we just ask that they show their blue badge or similar documentation.


Q: Is there much to do at Devon's Crealy if it's raining?

A: Oh yes - there are plenty of things to do if it's raining, we are a leading all year round family attraction with over 75,000 sq ft undercover.
