What are memberships?

A Crealy Membership- gives free admission to both Parks until the next day, next year- just £52

A Cornwall Membership (applies to Cornwall park only)- giving free admission to Cornwall's Crealy until the next day, next year- just £27.50

A Mini Membership- for children between 92cm and 1m giving free admission to the only one Park (either Devon or Cornwall) you're entering on the first day, until the next day, next year- just £13.95

Disabled guests can purchase Crealy Memberships for the discounted price of £40, carers are admitted in free of charge alongside the person they care for.
Guests can purchase this membership on arrival to Crealy Great Adventure Park, we just ask that they show their blue badge or similar documentation.

Where can I buy Memberships?

You can buy your memberships when you visit Crealy or you can buy in advance online or you can call our helpful in Receptionists on 01395 233200 or visit our Guest Services.

Is there any way that I can spread the cost of buying Memberships?

Yes- Annual Memberships valid at both Parks can now be paid by direct debit! We understand the importance of value to your family, and in order to make the process easier,  we will deduct up to £10 of your admission off the total cost of your membership. We will then spread the rest of the balance equally over 10 months.  
 
Your first instalment is taken by debit card, credit card or by cash. You set up an easy-to-complete direct debit form, valid for the next 10 months.
 

Can I set up a direct debit if I am purchasing my Crealy Great Adventure Parks Memberships online?

Yes, you can pay £15 and download the direct debit form- then hand it in when you first visit and we'll take care of everything.

Tell me about the Mini Membership?

This is just for our smallest guests, to take the 'sting' away when you first have to pay. Remember, infants under 92cm come in free. Mini Members are between 92cm and1 m tall. Over 1m tall it's the same price for adults and children.

Tell me more about the 7 days free return offer?

This year, 2012 we're giving free returns within a week during the school holidays. So you can pay to visit once then return free within usual Park opening times within the next week.

Of course conditions apply as we have to know that you were a bona fide visitor in the first place:

• You need to collect your Return ticket during your visit to the Park, on the day you purchased your day ticket. If you visit Guest Services with your receipt, you will have your picture taken (up to a maximum of 8 people per picture), and a Return Ticket will be issued
• Self service till are available at Guest Services from 10am – 5pm
• They are only valid at the Park you're first visiting- not both
• You must produce your Return tickets to gain re-entry
• Defaced/damaged tickets are invalid
• Only valid during the following week- there is only one of each day in a week so if you first visit is on a Saturday,  it's valid up till the end of the following Friday.
• The 7 Day Returns are only valid when purchasing day entry tickets on the gate or online, and will only be issued to guests with a valid receipt
• Please note your original receipt is not valid on admissions on your next visit

When is Crealy open?

The Park is open daily from 1st April - 31st October.
Crealy is closed annually 24th-26th December and 1st January.

How long is a Crealy Membership valid for?

Crealy Memberships are valid for 12 months and 1 day from the date of purchase, subject to the Park operating calendars.

Can two people share a Crealy Membership?

Unfortunately, Crealy Memberships are non-transferable and features your photograph. If someone else tries to use your card we will confiscate it.

 

I bought a Membership online, how do I use it?

You will receive a confirmation email with your reference number. Simply print this off and come to the Park's Admissions Kiosks. Your membership card/s will be made up and issued after we have taken a digital photo of you. Your 12 months and 1 day period will being on the day that you bought your Crealy Great Adventure Parks Membership. If you have any problems, just ring Reception on 01395 233200.

How do I change my email address?

Simply click on the 'update profile' link on any email you receive from us in the future.

I no longer want to receive mailings from you. What do I need to do?

If it is email mailings you want to unsubscribe from, simply click on the unsubscribe link within the email. To unsubscribe from postal mailings you can just let us know when you're next at the Parks, call us on 01395 233200 or write to the address above.

How do I replace a lost/ stolen Crealy Membership card?

Just let us know as soon as possible. We will issue you with a new Crealy Membership when you next visit the Park at a charge of £5.  Please bring along some identification with you
