HEIGHTS AND AGES:
GUEST SAFETY RESTRICTIONS

The Adventure Zone is designed for adults and children to play together. The only exception to this rule is the Toddler Space Zone, which is only for children under 0.9m and their parents.

Outdoor Playground

We recommend that children under 10 are accompanied on the Treetops walkways and Buzzard Swoop Tower . The Woodentops Play area is designed for toddlers although there is no height / age restriction.

Children under 0.8m cannot ride. Children under 1.2m must be accompanied by someone 16 or over and must be able to sit unaided (i.e. this ride is unsuitable for babies). Maximum of 2 people per boat.

Children under the age of 10 cannot drive a kart. Drivers must be a minimum of 1.42m and approved by the operator. No hats or flowing garments are to be worn.

Children under the age of 10 cannot drive a kart. For Two People Only EXCEPT in the case of XL adults where the queue for singles is long and the XL adult prefers to drive a double seater. Drivers of double Karts when carrying a passenger must be a minimum of 16 years old & 1.42m. Passengers must be a minimum of 2 years old - and a maximum height of 1.43. No hats, open toed shoes or flowing garments are to be worn.

El Pastil Coaster

Minimum height accompanied by an adult: 0.92m. Minimum height unaccompanied by an adult: 1.1m AND minimum age of 7 years to ride unaccompanied.

Swinging
Queen Bess

Children under 0.9m cannot ride the swing boat. Riders between 0.9m-1.25m must be accompanied by someone over 16. To ride alone must be over 1.25m.

Tidal Wave

Children under 0.92m cannot ride the Tidal Wave. Riders between 0.92m-1m must be accompanied by someone over 16. To ride alone must be over 1m & over 7 years.

Prince's Train - Littleland

Children under 0.9m MUST be accompanied by someone 16 or over.

Prairie Train

We recommend that children under 0.9m are accompanied by an adult. No passengers to be carried in the train cab.

Dogs

Admission for dogs is 60p which includes a free poop-a-scoop (subsequent poop-a-scoop's will be given free of charge.) Dogs are not allowed in the children's play areas - including the woodchip to the TreeTops Playground and the Children's Village, inside the animal buildings and Pet's Paddocks, the Adventure Zone and the Magical Kingdom - nor in the seating areas of the food outlets. The only exceptions are that dogs may, with their owners, come just inside the entrances of the Adventure Zone and the Magical Kingdom and also may accompany guests using patio tables to the Restaurant. Please do not leave your dog unattended at any time and keep your dog on a lead. Guide Dogs may accompany their owners everywhere.

Pony Rides

Children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult whilst on the Pony. Maximum weight limit 8 stone or less, dependant on the Pony.

River Raiders Challenge

This area is an outdoor adventure trail and is not supervised. Parents MUST accompany their children and it is advised that visitors may get wet and muddy on this equipment.

Unaccompanied children

All children aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) whilst they are in the Park.

Please refer any unaccompanied children to:

1. The "Lost Children Monkey Cage" in the Adventure Zone and/or
2. Call your Duty Manager via radio
3. If necessary, call Reception via internal telephone - extension 0.
