How much is a Crealy Great Adventure Parks Annual Membership?
A Crealy Great Adventure Parks Annual Memberships costs £42.50 per person.
The Cornwall Family Passports cost £20.00 per person.
The Explorer Memberships cost £9.95 per person.

Where can I purchase a Crealy Great Adventure Parks Annual Membership from?
You can purchase a Crealy Great Adventure Parks Annual Membership when you visit Crealy, or you can purchase it in advance online by clicking here, or by calling our reception team on 01395 233200.

Is there anyway I can purchase a Crealy Great Adventure Parks Annual Membership at a discounted rate?
Yes. If you purchase online you will save £1.00 off each persons Crealy Great Adventure Parks Annual Membership.

Is this the only Membership type that can be purchased at a discounted rate?
Yes. There are no further reductions on the price of an Explorer Membership or a Cornwall Family Passport.

Can I redeem the cost of my 1-day ticket against the price of an Annual Membership?
Yes. To do this you must upgrade to an Annual Membership on the day you visit the park, and we will refund the full value of your ticket – please visit our gift shop or reception on the day to purchase the Annual Membership. Complimentary tickets with a zero value cannot be redeemed against the cost of an Annual Membership.

What is the difference between an Annual Membership, Cornwall Family Passport and the Explorer Membership?
·    Devon and Cornwall Membership – Crealy Memberships entitles the member to 12 months plus 1 day of Crealy Great Maximum Fun. Free entry into both Devon and Cornwall Parks and reduced rates on special events such as our weekend of fun summer camp-over. You will receive member saver vouchers, a welcome pack and regular updates on all our exciting events.
·    Explorer Membership – This membership is for Crealy members between the height of 92cm and 1meter. For £9.95 they can enjoy 12 months plus 1 day of Maximum Fun at Crealy – free entry into the park the Membership is purchased from and reduced rates on our special events held throughout the year!
·    Cornwall’s Family Passport – Our Cornwall Family Passport ensures that the members can have the best holiday fun right up to when the Cornwall Season ends on the 31st October 2009. The passports can be purchased at just £20.00 per person and entitles the members to 12 month plus 1 day of Maximum Fun at Cornwall’s Crealy.
·    Toddlers Privileges – Any children who are under 92cm tall receive free entry into either of our Great Adventure Parks.

How long is a Crealy Great Adventure Park Annual Membership valid for?
An Annual Membership is valid for 12 months and 1 day from the date of purchase, subject to the Parks operating calendars).

Does everyone in the family have to have the same pass type, i.e. Annual Membership, Explorer Membership or Cornwall’s Family Passport?
No. You may mix and match your membership types any way you like.

Do you sell a Family Annual Membership?
Currently no.

Can two people share an Annual Membership?
No. Annual Memberships are non-transferable and are registered in your name and features your photograph. Attempts to use another guest’s Annual Membership card will result in permanent confiscation of the Membership Card.

I bought an Annual Membership from the Crealy Great Adventure Parks Website, how do I use it?
You will have been sent a confirmation email via the website with your reference number. Simply print this off and enter the Park through our Admissions Kiosks. Once you are in the Park, please make your way to our gift shop where your Membership card/s will be made up and issued after we have taken a digital photo of you. Your 12 months and 1 day period will commence from the day that you purchased your Crealy Great Adventure Parks Membership. If you have not received your confirmation email, please telephone 01395 233200.

It is possible that you’ve chosen not to receive mailings from us, which can be changed. Please call us on 01395 233200 or visit our reception on your next visit to Crealy Great Adventure Parks.


ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL OFFERS

How do I renew my Annual Membership?
You can renew in a number of ways:
·    Telephone – simply call 01395 233200
·    At the park – pop into our reception or gift shop.

Why did we only receive one Annual Membership renewal reminder when there is more than one Membership in our household?
We send the prime contact the Membership renewal reminder with all the relevant expiry details.

Can I renew my Annual Membership online?
No, not at the moment.

Do I have to renew my Annual Membership into the same type of membership that I currently have?
No. For example if those with Explorer Memberships have grown above the 1m they are then able to renew into a Cornwall Family Passport or a full Devon and Cornwall Annual Membership.


ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP UPGRADES

Can I upgrade my Explorer Membership or Cornwall Family Passport into a full Crealy Great Adventure Parks Membership?
Yes. Of course. Simply visit our reception on your next visit or call us on 01395 233200. We will be able to upgrade your Annual Membership, which will be valid until your original expiration date.

How do I change my address details?
To change your correspondence details please come to the gift shop or reception on your next visit to the park. Alternatively please inform us of the changes in writing and post to the following address;

How do I change my email address?
Simply click on the 'update profile' link on any email you receive from us in the future. Or you can sign up your new email address by clicking here.


I know longer want to receive mailings from you. What do I need to do?
If it is email mailings you want to unsubscribe from, simply click on the unsubscribe link contained within the email. To unsubscribe from postal mailings you can simply pop in to our reception, write to the address above or call us on 01395 233200.


ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP ID CARDS

How do I replace a lost/ stolen Annual Membership card?
If you have lost or had your Annual Membership ID card stolen, please inform us as soon as possible by visiting the park or calling 01395 233200. We will issue you with a new pass when you next visit the Park.  Please bring along some identification with you. There is a £5 fee to replace a lost card.

Where can I find out the expiry date of my Annual Membership?
Your expiry date is shown on your membership ID card – when you renew it is important that you bring in your old card so we can issue you with a new one. As the expiry date will have changed and we need to update this and issue a new card for you.

Can I use my Crealy Great Adventure Park Annual Membership on the day that it expires?
Yes, you can use your membership on the day that it expires.


SPECIAL EVENTS

Can I use my Annual Membership to gain entry to special events?
Yes. Please click here to view our upcoming special events. (link to special events on website).

Does an Annual Membership guarantee entry to special events?
Yes, however our events are very popular and although you will be allowed access to the park, on popular event days we strongly advise early arrival to ensure event viewing.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

Is there anyway that I can spread the cost of purchasing Crealy Great Adventure Parks Memberships?
Yes, when purchasing a full Crealy Great Adventure Parks Membership valid at both Parks you can set up a direct debit to spread the cost;

An instalment of £14.50 per Membership is taken by debit card, credit card or by cash in the initial instance. Then a further two instalments of £14 per Membership will be taken by direct debit - on 15th of the next month and 15th of the subsequent month.

Can I set up a direct debit if I am purchasing my Crealy Great Adventure Parks Memberships online?
No, not at the moment. The option of spreading the cost can only be used when taking out the membership in person at the £42.50 price.
