Its official, Devon is the best place to live in England!

For the second time in six years Devon has been voted the country's favourite by Country Life magazine, having been judged across 19 categories including environment, heritage, schools, food and health. Last time the survey was carried out in 2003 Devon also topped the table thanks to its unique quality of life.

Amongst other criteria, Devon was voted top for environmental sustainability and quality of local food, two things that Crealy believes very strongly in. By recreating an idyllic rural childhood Crealy offers visitors the best that Devon has to offer, which is why millions of people have kept coming back over the last 20 years!

New year resolutions?

In all the flurry of new year resolutions, are you still looking firward to the new opportunities of a new year? If you are a Crealy maximum fun person, you probably especially value your time with friends and family. Do you want more of it?

Here are some ideas - after all, it's true that "Once you fully understand what you want, it’s not usually that difficult to get it." So to have a happy family, just be happy. A hint to remember is that you don't stop playing when you get old, you get old when you stop playing… How are you going to find that extra time to play more? You might find some answers here http://chrisguillebeau.com/3x5/how-to-retire-the-day-after-tomorrow

Looking forward to seeing you at Crealy soon.

Happy New Year!

It's a new year at Devon's Crealy and we are all very excited about our new arrivals this month. Visitors to the Park will be able to bottle-feed the lambs and goat kids or cuddle all of the cutest, furriest baby animals. With guinea-piglets, Netherland dwarf and dwarf lop rabbit kittens there are so many new friends to make!
It's a great way to introduce young children to animals, as all of our babies are so cute and adorable! Crealy is open 10am-5pm on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in Winter term-time, so see you there!
