General Information

We are prepared to allow entry to the park to those visitors who are willing to comply with the Park regulations set out below.

We are sure that you will wish to assist Crealy in ensuring the Park and facilities remain a safe place in which to enjoy a fun and exciting experience.

Whilst inside the Park all visitors must comply with any instructions given to them by Crealy personnel.

Crealy reserve the right to refuse entry to the Park in the event that the capacity for visitors at the Park is reached and/or exceeded.

Crealy reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission to the Park, ban from entry into the Park, or remove from the Park without right to refund any person who; 1) acts in an inappropriate and/or undesirable manner whilst traveling to the Park whether by bus, coach or other means. Where such behavior has been reported to Crealy. 2) Has behaved in, or in the vicinity of, the Park in a manner, which, in the opinion of Crealy, has, or is likely to affect the safety and enjoyment of other guests or staff. 3) Uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior or in any way provokes or be haves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace.

All persons entering the Park must pay for admission or hold a valid admission ticket. If re-entry into the Park is required, you must obtain an appropriate hand stamp, before exiting the Park which must be shown at the time of re-entry to gain access to the Park.

Admission tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered.

Admission tickets will only be exchanged or refunded if Crealy, in its absolute discretion, chooses to do so. Children under 16 should be accompanied by persons 16 and over. Any child or children whilst in the Park must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.

Any person found to be in the possession of an article deemed to be offensive of dangerous would be immediately escorted from the Park without the right to refund and be open to prosecution.

The consumption of alcohol is permitted only in authorised places within the Park. Accordingly alcohol may not be taken into the Park.

Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol may be refused admission to the Park or escorted from the Park without right to refund.

The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and any persons found possessing, using or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from the Park without right to refund.

Crealy will endeavour to ensure that as many rides and attractions as possible are available for use by guests.

Crealy reserve the right, without prior notice and without refund or compensation to close and/or chance the programme of rides and attractions and/or the Park’s operation hours.

All rides, attractions, amusements, transport systems and other facilities must only be used in accordance with the operator’s instructions. Climbing or standing upon fences, barriers, walls, safety fences, rock arrangements, ride structures, exhibits or buildings is strictly prohibited.

Crealy reserves the right to prosecute any person found damaging or defacing any part of the grounds, fences, barriers, walls, ride structures, exhibits, fabrics or buildings and to initiate legal proceedings if appropriate.

No vehicles are permitted to remain in the Park outside the Park’s normal operating hours without the prior express permission of the security duty manager, who retains absolute discretion as to whether such permission is granted.

From time to time Crealy or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording at the Park, which may feature visitors. Smoking is strictly prohibited in buildings, on rides and in queues at the Park.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Crealy take no responsibility for any loss or damage to such belongings.

Sensible clothing and footwear must be worn at all times when in and about the Park.

Please note that for health and safety reasons shirts and shoes must be worn on all rides at all times. Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk. Crealy takes no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park.

You park at your own risk; we do not guarantee the security of your vehicle and/or its contents.

By entering the Park you consent to us photographing or filming you and using the resulting pictures for any promotional purpose without payment to you. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please contact Guest Services upon arrival who will be able to advise.

Offer valid for Devon’s Crealy and Cornwall’s Crealy. 7 days of fun for the price of 1 is valid with this offer. Crealy Great adventure Parks reserve the right to remove this offer at anytime without notice. Offer subject to availability and capacity on Park.This offer is not valid on memberships, mini members or family tickets.

7 days of fun for the price of 1.

When you pay both the full individual ticket price and the concession ticket price to visit Crealy Great Adventure Parks, you will be entitled to our ’7 days for the price of 1’ offer and return free of charge for the following six days during our normal opening times.

To activate this offer while you are at Devon’s Crealy, please visit the Guest Services kiosk located inside the Park, with your admission receipt, before you leave on your first paid visit. To activate this offer while you are at Cornwall’s Crealy, please visit the Gift Shop, with your admission receipt, before you leave on your first paid visit.

In order to validate your receipt, an individual photograph will be taken and matched with your receipt reference; this will entitle you to return to the same Park for the next six consecutive days. All validated receipts must be produced at Admissions on every following visit and will automatically expire six days after validation.

Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered. This offer is not valid with pre-paid special rate tickets, including group rate tickets, VIP or complimentary tickets. Validated receipts are not transferable between Devon's Crealy and Cornwall's Crealy.  ‘7 days for the price of 1’ offer valid until 3rd November 2013. 

"Price For Life" Offer

All New Members who pay in full and up front and buy an Individual Annual Membership between 29th March 2013 and 31st January 2014 will pay £55. By renewing on or before the expiry date of the membership the Individual Annual Membership renewal price will remain at £52 per annum. 

All New Direct Debit Members who buy an individual Annual Membership between 29th March 2013 and 31st January 2014 will pay £58.  By renewing the membership on or before the expiry date, AND provided that the Direct Debit instruction has not been cancelled or payment referred due to lack of funds, the renewal price for the Individual Annual Membership will remain at £58 per annum.     

All members please note that this offer will cease with immediate effect if you allow your individual Annual Membership to expire or if, at any time, a Direct Debit Instruction is cancelled or a payment is referred due to lack of funds.     

All Renewing Members who pay in full and up front and who renew an Individual Annual Membership on or prior to expiry of the membership or the 31st January 2014, whichever is the earlier, will continue to pay £55 per annum. 

All Renewing Direct Debit Members who renew an individual Annual Membership on or before the expiry date of the Membership or 31st January 2014, whichever is the earlier, AND provided that the Direct Debit instruction has not been cancelled or payment referred due to lack of funds, will continue pay a renewal price for the Individual Annual Membership of £58 per annum.

Members Event – 17^th & 18^th May 2013 Terms & Conditions

Offer available for Devon’s Crealy Members only (at least one member of the party need to be a current Devon’s Crealy member). Stay Friday and Saturday night (2 nights) on 17^th & 18^th May on a Standard Pitch (10mx10m). Only 1 tent per pitch / 1 car per pitch. 50 pitches available on a first come first served booking basis. Any non-members will need to pay admission to Devon’s Crealy (at the Meadows special reduced rate). See Crealy Meadows 2013 tariff for our booking terms and conditions. Not to be used in conjunction with any other holiday offer, promotion or membership discount.

Armed Forces Day Saturday 29^th June

Admission to Devon's Crealy Great Adventure Park is free for all Military Service Personnel on 29 June 2013 only. This includes any one who works for the Royal Air Force, the Royal Marines, the Royal Navy and the Army. Immediate family of military personnel will enter the Park at a discounted rate of £9.95. This includes Parents, Partners and Children.

Proof of service is required at the gate at the time of admission. Tickets cannot be pre booked and discounted tickets cannot be purchased online. Crealy Great Adventure Parks '7 days of fun for the price of 1' offer is still valid in conjunction with this offer.

Superhero Day

Guests that visit both Devon’s Crealy Great Adventure Park on the 27^th May 2013 and Cornwall’s Crealy Great Adventure Park on the 28^th May 2013 in fancy dress will pay half price admission. This is based on guests paying the individual gate price of £16.95pp (guests above 1m tall) and the child’s rate of £9.95pp (guests between 92cm and 1m). This discount will be applied on the admission gates; failure to claim at time of entrance will mean you are unable to utilise your discount.

Members visiting both Devon's Crealy Great Adventure Park on 27th May 2013 and Cornwall's Crealy Great Adventure Park on 28th May 2013 dressed in costume will be able to claim a free gift. Your gift must be claimed on the date of the Superheroes day at the Park you visit and proof of a valid membership is required at the time of claiming your free gift. Gifts are subject to availability.

Competition Winners

Family Tickets

Family ticket winners are entitled to two tickets admitting four people into Crealy Great Adventure Park and can be used once at either Cornwall's Crealy or Devon's Crealy. These tickets will be posted to the address of your choice and is intended for the winners use only. Tickets will expire on 3rd November 2013 and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer including '7 days of fun for the price of 1'. 

Free Meals

A free meal at Mamma Mia's inside Devon's Crealy up to the value of £40.00. Your meal must be arranged prior to visit by calling the Guest Service Team and must be used by 3rd of November 2013.

Free Stay at Crealy Meadows

A free stay on a super pitch at Crealy Meadows for two nights. You must bring your own tent, Caravan or Motor home. Park tickets only valid for one day. Electric is included. This stay cannot be used in peak periods and the dates of your stay are to be arranged at least two weeks in advance and agreed with management at the discretion of the business. Your prize must be claimed by 4 November 2013

Devon County Show Free Memberships

In order to enter the draw all details must be filled in legibly on the entry form. A winner will be chosen at random on Tuesday 21st of May and the winner will be informed within 5 working days. The winner can claim up to 4 memberships, intended for them and family/friends only. The complimentary membership is bound by the same Terms and Conditions of Crealy Membership.

Group Bookings and Cooperate visits

Group discounts apply to any party consisting of 15 or more paying guests and must be pre-booked in order to qualify for discounted rates. 

A non refundable 20% deposit is required at time of booking and full payment must be made prior to date of visit. Personal cheques are not accepted and business cheques will only be accepted by prior arrangement. Invoices can be raised upon request but must be paid before date of visit.

Failure to make full payment prior to your visit will result in your booking being terminated and loss of your 20% deposit.

The party organizer must visit reception to collect the groups wristbands and confirm numbers. If less than 15 guests attend on the day your group will no longer qualify for the discounted rate therefore a higher tariff will be levied. The full party must enter the park together as a group, any latecomers or additional guests will be charged at the full gate price.
