Accessibility at Crealy Theme Park & Resort
At Crealy Theme Park & Resort, we believe that memorable days out should be enjoyed by everyone. We’re committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming and safe environment for all our guests, including those with disabilities, additional needs and long-term health conditions. In line with the Equality Act 2010, we make reasonable adjustments wherever possible to ensure our attractions, facilities and services are accessible, while always balancing this with the safety of our guests and team members. Our accessibility arrangements are designed to help families plan their visit with confidence, clarity and reassurance — so you can focus on making family memories together.
We’re proud to partner with Nimbus Disability and accept the Access Card as the exclusive form of I.D for all accessibility needs, including Ride Access Passes and reduced admission rates. If you require a Ride Access Pass please apply for a Nimbus ID or an Access Card here, at least seven days before you visit us. It’s free to apply for a Nimbus ID, and once you’ve applied your application is valid for three years. More information can be found here.
Please note that all applications must be submitted through Nimbus Disability, who will provide you with a free Nimbus ID or an Access Card. We aren’t able to accept other forms of documentation such as a Blue Badge, doctor’s note, or DLA or PIP paperwork.
